Understand wants and needs, whether they are short term goals, or long term changes, all comes from creating that thought, and then starting to design what it looks like, you may require coaching towards long term wellbeing ambitions, or just need guidance towards a short term focus, relating to your fitness and health. This can be the most challenging area, or simplistic, either way we can definitely guide you towards you first hurdle.
Once we understand what we want, its important to then discover what is working well in your life, which may include certain skill sets and habits you have, then we need to understand those areas which are not working well. This reflective practice can really help strengthen your path towards achievement, and long term success.
While we can design the perfect plan, and iron out strengths and weakness points, we need to establish any big obstacles which might throw us from our plan, and therefore directly block us from achieving the outcome we want. Remember we will always come up against obstacles, by identifying them at the start of our journey will help you plan ahead. If we hit cross roads along the way we can learn how to remap our thinking, and choose the best option.
